How long before I start seeing results?
Most clients see their first qualified meetings within 3-4 weeks of starting the build. We run a controlled pilot which is where the first replies and bookings typically come from. A consistent weekly flow of meetings usually stabilises by the end of month two.
What KPIs do you measure to track ROI?
We track results across three levels. Activity: emails delivered, campaigns launched, outbound volume, list size and refresh rate. Engagement: reply rate, positive reply rate, meetings booked. Pipeline: leads generated, pipeline value influenced, cost per meeting, sales generated.
How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?

How is this better than hiring SDRs?

How long does it take to implement?
We usually spend the first 2 weeks warming up your email domains, while we build the system with your team. By week three, everything is ready and we start sending the first outbound campaigns.
Do you also run the campaigns or just build the system?
Both options are available. Some companies want us to build the system and hand it over. Others want us to run everything from data sourcing to campaign execution. Either way, you get a scalable outbound engine that grows without the need for additional SDRs.
How much time does this require from me or my team?
The strategy call at the start is the most time-intensive. typically taking 90 minutes. After that we are available for weekly check-ins (usually 1h) so we can align messaging and review results. We handle the research, setup, automation, enrichment, messaging, and campaign management.
