Artialis is an European contract research and development organization (CRDO) focused on researching and developing treatments for musculoskeletal diseases as well as research in the healthy aging field, focusing on both treatment and prevention of age-related conditions.
The challenge
Artialis had built a solid reputation within the biotech and healthcare industries, relying heavily on their scientific expertise and the well-established network of the founders to maintain a steady client base. This approach had served them well for years, helping them grow organically through their trusted network.
However, as the company set its focus on broader field of growth, they realized that their existing marketing processes were no longer sufficient to attract new clients or engage their target audience at scale.
How we helped
To help Artialis stay top-of-mind with their niche audience, we suggested a high-performing Demand Generation System focused on building long-term visibility and trust by leveraging the expertise of seniors within the company (C-suite).
To reach this goal we recorded weekly Subject Matter Expert (SME) interviews where the experts shared their expertise and opinions on topics related to the company's offer.
This ensured Nesaka can create a consistent stream of authentic and valuable (expert-led) content that helped position Artialis as a leader in the field. We leveraged their LinkedIn profiles to distribute the content to the target audience.
Performance was reviewed on a monthly basis, allowing us to double down on what worked and refine what didn’t.
The results we achieved
The new Demand Generation System helped establish the company as a thought leader in the space generating brand awareness and interest among their niche target audience.
